MURPHY Johnny April 24, 1977 - March 21, 2011 (Gillardstown House, Castlepollard, Co. Westmeath) - Today on the First Anniversary of Johnny's passing his parents Sean and Mary, sister Sarah-Jane and her husband Robert, brother William and his wife Deirdre, niece Alanna and nephew Ted together with all our wonderful family especially his uncle Ber want to acknowledge and thank so many people for their compassionate sympathy, kindness and support at the time of Johnny's passing. To the numerous people who visited our home, his funeral Mass and burial. To Dr. Oscar Breathnach and his team and the staff of St. Clare's Unit of Beaumont Hospital for the care of Johnny during his challenging illness and his peaceful passing. To. Fr. Michael Walsh P.P. and Fr. Jimmy Murphy his Uncle, priests who attended his funeral Mass, musicians and soloist who made his ceremony special and memorable. To Ringtown GAA, An Garda Siochana who organised the traffic so efficiently. To his loyal work colleagues, our caring neighbours and friends for their valued and ongoing support we are deeply grateful. Finally to Johnny's wonderful friends from near and far especially the representatives of the farming community who travelled long distances to share in the grief of our great loss. Johnny was an exceptional son, brother, family man and friend, greatly loved missed and never forgotten. May his gentle soul rest in peace. First Anniversary Mass on Sunday 25th March at 11.30 am St. Mary's Church Collinstown. Mass will be offered for your intentions.
