O'GRADY, Dr. J. F. (Jim), (Killenaule, Dublin and Tirol Avenue, The Paddocks, Cork) - On the occasion of the First Anniversary of Jim's sudden passing on April 1, 2018, his wife Mary and family, Deirdre, Clodagh, Michael, Brian, Catriona, Aoife and their families and his brother William, wish to acknowledge all the kindness and support from friends at home and abroad and from neighbours during the last year. We appreciate so much the Mass cards, amazing letters, bouquets of flowers, messages of sympathy and refreshments brought to the house. We are grateful to the hundreds who came to the house on Tuesday afternoon, some from very long distances. Sincere thanks to Monsignor Teddy O'Sullivan, Monsignor Ned Gould and Bishop John Murphy for officiating at the ceremonies. Thank you to Jim's friends from the PROBUS Club, Fermoy Rowing and Golf Clubs, and staff from Teagasc Moorepark who performed Guards of Honour. We are extremely grateful to Jim's GP Dr. Paddy Hayes and to Eileen and Noel for supporting him in recent years. A special thank you to Jerh. O'Connor Funeral Directors for their professionalism and direction at all times. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a sincere thank you and as a symbol of our heartfelt appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered in Holy Cross Abbey for your intentions.Forever in our hearts
