KANE, Eamon (Eamon Ó Catháin) 14-2-1934 Castledermot, (Díseart Diarmada) County Kildare (Co. Chill Dara) - Died peacefully in the devoted care of the staff of Cloverlodge Nursing Home, Athy, on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. Eamon was a loving husband to his devoted wife, Nábla (née Heuston). He is also sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his children Seosamh (Joe), Aisling, Bláithín, Emmet, Neasa, Conor and Neil, and their spouses and partner; Geraldine, Andre, John, Cèline, Arnaud, Siobhán and Chinwe, his grandchildren Sara, Eoin, Anna, Louis, Oisín, Domhnaill, Paul, Jamie, Rowan and Ailbhe, god-children, nieces, nephews, sisters, brother, sisters-in law, brother-in-law, extended family, friends and neighbours. Eamon will repose at home on Easter Sunday, April 20, from 3pm with prayers at 8pm. Removal from his home in Castledermot at 10.20am on Easter Monday April 21, to arrive at the Church of the Assumption, Castledermot, for 11am Mass followed by burial in Coltstown Cemetery.
