O'NEILL (née Walker) Birr, Co. Offaly - January 13, 2012 peacefully at the Mater Private Hospital after a short illness. Irene; wife of the late Jimmy. Sadly missed by her children Dorothy, Shane, Jim and Toni, son-in-law Kieran, daughters-in-law Maebh and Rose, her beloved grandchildren, sisters Berrie and Sr. Dorothea, brother-in-law Roddie, sisters-in-law Mary, Margaret and Beatrice, extended family, neighbours and friends. Rest In Peace. Reposing at Boyd's Funeral Home, Birr today (Saturday) from 4pm with Removal at 5.15pm to arrive at St. Brendan's Church, Birr at 6pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Sunday) at 12 noon followed by Burial in Clonoghill Cemetery. House private. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Mater Foundation.
