POWER, Nell (née Ellen Ringrose, Limerick 12 June, 1941), of Stillorgan, Co. Dublin, died peacefully on Thursday 5th December 2024, surrounded by her loving family at Blackrock Hospice. Nell was much loved by her adoring husband Brian, loving sister Alice, sister-in-law Noreen, her late parents Bridget and Michael Ringrose, beloved late siblings Jack, May, Rita and Michael, and her devoted nieces Meadhbh, Valerie, Aisling, Orlaith, Nicola and nephews Brian, Richard, Michael, Mark, Kevin, Colm, Brendan, John, Richard, John, Michael, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, especially Aoibhinn and Harry, extended family and friends, and dogs Finn and late soulmate Sam. The family wish to thank the doctors and staff at the Blackrock Clinic and the wonderful staff at Wicklow and Blackrock Hospices for their tender care of Nell. Due to Nell's lifelong love of animals, the family ask that any donations in lieu of flowers be made to DSPCA at https://www.dspca.ie. Thank you. Reposing at Rom Massey & Sons Funeral Home, 6 Cranford Centre, Stillorgan Road, Dublin 4, D04 X446 (opposite UCD Flyover), this Monday evening from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow Tuesday, at 10am, at the Church of St. Laurence O'Toole, Kilmacud, followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery. For those unable to attend, the Mass may be streamed live at https://www.kilmacudparish.ie/watch-mass-live/ .
