O'KEEFFE - Philip Michael (Delgany, Co. Wicklow and London, England) – On the First Anniversary of Philip’s passing, his parents Michael and Eleanor, sister Isabelle, brother Nicholas and fiancée Manon would like to express our heartfelt thanks to our families, friends and Philip’s friends and mentors who provided compassion and love at the time of his passing and continue to do so. We would like to sincerely thank all of the doctors, nurses and staff at the Mater Private Hospital, Wicklow Hospice and MacMillan Cancer Centre in London, particularly Dr. Frank Chambers, Dr. Sandra Strauss and his GP Dr. Lia Egan of Greystones Medical Centre for their sensitive guidance throughout his illness. Our thanks also to Fr. John Daly, Fr. Gerard Tyrrell and Fr. Jaimie Twohig for their pastoral care and providing a beautiful Funeral Mass for Philip and to Colliers Funeral Home for their diligent and dignified service. Our family would also like to thank everyone including the mountaineers who supported Nick and Isabelle in their completion of the Four Peaks Challenge and our friends who organised other fundraising events in support of Sarcoma UK in memory of Philip. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.
