STROUGHAIR - The death has occurred of George Thomas Stroughair (Dundrum, Dublin)27th May 1941 - 10th May 2026.We remember a husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend whose warmth, kindness, and love touched everyone around him. George passed peacefully in Simpson's Hospital Dundrum surrounded by his wife and children and cared for over the last 4 years by the exceptional kindness and support from the wonderful staff. Forever loved and sadly missed by his devoted wife Grace, his children Andrew, Philip, and Miriam, his daughters-in-law Katherine and Sally, his son in law Ian and his treasured grandchildren Aoife, Kaitlyn, Mark, Ella, Thomas, Noah, Eli, Tabitha and Éireann.

He will always be remembered for his faith, kindness and the love he had for his family. By his request, his body has been donated to medical science. A service of Thanksgiving for his life will be held in Dundrum Methodist Church on Sunday 17th May at 4pm. D16WK27. Donations if desired to Friends of Simpsons Hospital, Dundrum (01) 2984322
