DUFFY, Mary

DUFFY (née King), Mary, Newcastle, Galway, born in Dublin in June, 1935, and formerly of Harrison and Maple Shade, New Jersey, USA. Peacefully - June 02, 2014, after a short illness in the kind care of the staff of University Hospital, Galway and Aras Chois Fharraige Nursing Home, An Spidéal. Wife of Thomas Duffy and beloved mother of Noreen Kinnevy and James, Stephen and Susan Duffy; Mary will be fondly remembered by her nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; by her many friends in Galway and the West (especially among the members of the Galway Active Retirement Association) and by her sisters Teresa, Noreen, Ann, Patricia and brothers James and Mark. Memorial service to be announced later.
