MURPHY, 9Jill (née Griffin), Ashbourne Ave, Limerick, and Palm Desert, California) - suddenly, on December 1, 2022, in Palm Desert, California. Born in Limerick on 15th April, 1948. Daughter of the late John and Mary (Raleigh) Griffin. Predeceased by her siblings Annette, Terence and John Griffin. Beloved wife of her late husband Thomas Murphy. Deeply mourned by her heartbroken daughter, Sharon O’Mahony, granddaughter, Bridget, grandson Michael, son-in law Mark Houghton, and bonus-grandson Jacob. Jill will be very sadly missed by her partner Bernard Hoffinger, niece and nephew, cousins, relatives and her many friends in Ireland, the UK and the USA. A mass to celebrate Jill’s life will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. in St Joseph’s Church, O’Connell Avenue, Limerick. Family flowers only please.
