McMORROW, Michael (Mick) (Monkstown, Co. Dublin and late of Churchtown, Dublin 14) June 19, 2023. Pre-deceased by his baby daughter Ellen and his parents Eileen and Charlie. Beloved husband and best friend of Deirdre, loving and proud father of Orna and Charlie, sister Mary. Deeply regretted by his adoring wife, daughter, son, sister, extended family and friends. He bravely fought each health challenge, always showing enormous resilience, along with infectious positivity and his unique sense of humour. Special thanks to his amazing oncologist, Professor Jenny Westrup and the teams in both The Beacon and Beaumont Hospitals who helped and cared for him throughout his illness. Michael will be reposing tomorrow evening (Friday) from 5.00pm to 7.00pm in Fanagan’s Funeral Home, Monkstown (A94XK28). Funeral Mass on Saturday, June 24 at 10.00am in the Church of the Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
