SMYTH Dermot (Derry) (Churchtown Dublin 14) - November 17, 2014, (suddenly but peacefully), in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands of the United States, surrounded by his beloved wife Fionnuala and treasured children, Dermot and Sharon; sadly missed by his loving wife, son and daughter, Dermot's wife Edel, grandchildren Alison and Hugo, Sharon's partner John (Moffatt), brother Barry, sister Mary (Godfrey), brothers-in-law Val (Egan) and Brian (Godfrey), sisters-in-law Bea (Egan) and Jacqueline, nieces, nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at home on Sunday from 4pm. Removal on Monday morning to Church of the Three Patrons Rathgar arriving for 11.30am Funeral Mass followed by cremation at Mount Jerome, Harolds Cross. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Stroke Action in the Irish Heart Foundation.
