THOMPSON - Ellen (Nellie) July 15, 2024 (Parnell Street, Mountmellick, Co. Laois) peacefully in her 92th year and in the kind and attentive care of staff at St. Vincent's Community Nursing Unit, Mountmellick. Deeply missed by her sons, Desmond and John, her daughter, Sylvia, grandchildren, Oscar, Celia, Lara and Ralph; Kaitlin, Beulah and Juliette, cousin, Jane, daughter-in-law, Amanda, son-in-law, Des, nieces and nephews and a wide circle of friends. Pre-deceased by her husband, Cecil in 2014. Funeral service in St Paul's Church, Mountmellick at 2.30pm on Sunday, July 21.
