O'DOWD (née McDermott) Roo East, Ardnacrusha, Co. Clare - August 31, 2015 (peacefully) at home. Rita beloved wife of Brendan and dearest mother of Rita, Kathleen, Madeline, Brenda and Emily. Deeply regretted by her loving sister Madeline (Kelly), sons-in-law Liam (O'Connell), Declan (Fitzpatrick), Pa (Carey), Joe (O'Toole), and Dermot (Kilbane), her 14 grandchildren, great grandsons, relatives and many friends. Rest in Peace. Arriving at St. Nicholas' Church, Westbury today, Tuesday at 6.30pm for prayers. Requiem Mass tomorrow, Wednesday at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Truagh Cemetery, Ardnacrusha (off the Broadford Road). Family flowers only, donations if desired to Limerick Animal Welfare c/o Griffin Funerals 061 415000.
