MC DAID - Sheila (née Canning) (Askeaton, Co. Limerick and Glenvar, Co. Donegal). 06/04/1926 03/06/2025. As we lovingly remember Sheila on her first anniversary, we, her family wish to express our deep gratitude to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness during our recent bereavement. Thank you to all who attended Mums wake and funeral services, those who sent Mass Cards, letters and messages of sympathy. Our sincere thanks to Mons. Anthony McDaid for his beautiful Funeral Mass concelebrated by Fr. John Mockler, Canon Tony OKeeffe and Fr. Tim Curtin, and to Ailish and the choir for their gorgeous singing. To the Home Help Team, thank you for your sensitive and gentle care shown to Sheila. A special word of thanks to Dr. Suzanne Fitzgibbon for looking after Mums medical needs. Thanks also to Chris and his team of Madigans Funeral Directors. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.

Sheilas First Anniversary Mass will be celebrated in St. Marys Church, Askeaton on Saturday, June 6th at 11am.
