FALCONER Grace Died July 26, 2014 after a short illness. (Late of Mount Pleasant, Waterford, Pershore and London) - Beloved daughter of the late Christopher and Eileen Falconer. Sadly missed by her brothers Brian and Eugene, uncle John, aunts Angela, Mary and Sr. Patricia, R.S.H.M, cousins and friends. Memorial service will be held in Falconers Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore on Saturday, August 30 at 10.30am. Enquiries to James Falconer Undertaker, Ph No 051 355872.
