GORMLEY OFM Cap., Fr. Mathew (South Africa and Dublin) – June 21, 2021. Passed away quietly and peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Life St George’s Hospital, Port Elizabeth. Beloved son of the late Charlotte and Matthew Gormley. He will be sadly missed by his sister, Sister Laura (Los Angeles) and brothers Robert (Dublin) and Vincent (Galway), his Capuchin brothers both in Ireland and South Africa, Bishop Vincent Mduduzi Zungu OFM, his fellow clergy, religious sisters, his sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, extended family, staff at the Home Sweet Home Care Centre, parishioners and a large circle of friends both in Ireland and South Africa.
