DAVIS, (Nee Kiernan) "Echnach", Donaghmore, Navan and late of Suffolk Street, Kells. (Former editor of the Modern Woman, Meath Chronicle and founder member of the Meath Mental Health and Housing). March 21st 2020 after various illnesses, finally succumbed at Our Lady's Hospital, Navan in the presence of her husband Jack and the wonderful caring hospital staff. Predeceased by her very much loved daughter Sarah; brother James; sisters Mary (Moss) and Olivia (Lynham). Margot beloved wife of Jack and loving mother of her sons John, Paul and Edward; daughters Georgina and Marguerite. Very sadly missed by her family, sons-in-law Geoff and Denny; daughter-in-law Gillian; grandsons Jamie and Jason; granddaughters Sandra and Zoe; sisters Carmel (Lavelle) and Cabrini (Doyle); nephews, nieces, relatives, her many colleagues, friends, charity workers and clients. R.I.P. A private Funeral Mass will take place in St. Mary's Church, Navan on Wednesday, followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium. A Memorial Service and internment of ashes will take place at a later date. Notice of this will be given when restrictions are lifted.
