O'FARRELL, Charles (Charley) (Blackrock, Co. Dublin and formerly Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo) December 5th 2017, (peacefully) after a short illness at St Vincent's Hospital, surrounded by his family. Loving husband of Pat (née Waldron) and adored father of Robert, Rory, Eamon, Rachel and Ruth, cherished grandfather of Maeve, David, Sarah, Charlotte, Isabel, Anna, Matthew, Charley, Jane and Cate, beloved brother of Marie and the late Patricia, Maeve and Phil. Sadly missed by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, sister, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, colleagues and his devoted dog Holly. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown on Saturday 9th December at 10:00am followed by burial in Kilternan Cemetery Park. "May He Rest In Peace"
