COONEY, Louise, February 25, 2009 (Seafield Ave, Cartron Point, Sligo) - Stevie, David, Paul and Maree wish to thank our families for their extraordinary generosity and support before, during and since Louise's death. We thank those who supported us by being with us, by calling to our home and by joining with us in our Funeral Mass of Thanksgiving for Louise and by being with us afterwards at Sligo Cemetery. Thank you for your kind remembrance of Louise and us at other masses and in your personal prayers. Thank you for your messages of sympathy, for your flowers and for the many other thoughtful ways in which you helped us. Thank you to Fr. Noel Rooney P.P. for his pastoral care, his thoughtfulness and guidance in preparing and celebrating Louise's funeral Mass. We wish to thank the ambulance crews and staff at A&E in Sligo General Hospital for their calm speed and excellence, the ICU staff at SGH and St. Vincent's University Hospital for their relentless caring efforts, the CF Team and staff throughout SVUH, Professor Charles Gallagher, Dr. Ed McKone and Dr. Siti Sulani for their respectful, gentle and tender care of Louise. We thank Fr. John Carroll for his friendship, his dedication to Louise and our family and his words of encouragement and comfort. We thank Sean and Josie Sweeney, Funeral Directors for their sensitive handling of Louise's funeral arrangements. At a forthcoming celebration of Mass (10am Fri., Dec. 4,) in our Parish Church we in turn will be remembering all of you.
