CAVANAGH, (Fermoy, Co. Cork & "Cavanagh’s of Fermoy") peacefully on Thursday September 8, 2022 after a long life, in his 92nd year surrounded by his four children at his home Rathcairn, Cork Road., Fermoy. Dr. Tom, beloved husband of his late wife Marie (née O’Neill) and brother of his late sister Nuala Murnaghan. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his children, Fiona (Collier), Conor, Maeve (O’Shaughnessy) and Ronan, daughters-in-law Jackie and Clodagh, sons-in-law Tom and Jim, his 15 grandchildren and11 great-grandchildren, sister Máire O’Reilly, extended family, friends and neighbours. May He Rest In Peace. Reception into St. Patrick’s Church, Fermoy today (Saturday) at 1.30pm for 2.00pm Requiem Mass. Funeral afterwards in Kilcrumper Old Cemetery, Fermoy.
