DUFF, William (Noel) (Merrion Road, formerly Sydney Parade, Dublin 4 and late of Buswells Hotel) - November 1st, 2023. Peacefully, in his 95th year, in the excellent care of the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved husband for over 60 years of the late Brighid (Bríd) and treasured father of Thérèse, Niamh, Peter, Anne, Bláithín, Colm, Nicolette and the late Manus. Predeceased by his sisters Mary, Deirdre and Norrie. He will be greatly missed by his sons, daughters, sons-in-law Paul and Philip, daughters-in-law Jane and Nora, precious grandchildren Eoin, Aoife, Ciarán, Niamh, William, Charlotte, Joseph, Juliette, Robert, Lucy, Will and Élodie, great-grandchildren William, Ronan and Aminata, extended family and many friends. May he Rest in Peace. Reposing this (Friday) evening (November 3rd) from 5pm to 6.30pm at Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown, A94 XK28. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Saturday) at 10am in the Church of Our Lady Queen of Peace, Merrion Road, followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery.
