MAHADY (née Byrne), Edel (Perth, Western Australia and formerly of Palmerstown, Dublin), died on July 17, 2014 - On this, the First Anniversary of Edel's death, we, her family, would like to sincerely thank all those who showed great kindness and sympathy to us at the time of her passing and continue to be a wonderful support to us. We are grateful to the many people who visited our home, who sent Mass cards, letters, flowers and messages of sympathy to us and to those who travelled long distances to support us at the time of our loss. We are most thankful for our extended family, our friends and our neighbours. We are forever indebted to you for your thoughtfulness and compassion as well as for all the acts of kindness you continue to bestow on us. Thank you to Fr. Tony Reilly P.P. Palmerstown for your support and for celebrating Mass in Edel's memory. Thank you also to the priests from St. Patrick's Missionary Society, Kiltegan who concelebrated the Mass for Edel and to Niamh, Deirdre, Jacqui and Kerrie for providing beautiful music and singing. We are also grateful to the many people in Ireland, Australia and in the Netherlands who assisted us in so many ways at the time of Edel's death. Edel lives on in all our hearts and minds. Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our sincere gratitude and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
