O'GRADY, (Mountgarrett, New Ross, Co Wexford) December 15, 2020, after brief illness worn with characteristic resilience. Kieran, best friend and devoted husband to Monica, loving father to Aoife, Niall, Susan and Shane, sons in law and daughters in law and 15 grandchildren whom he cherished. His devotion to others and his contribution to the community will be sadly missed by his wide circle of friends. May his Gentle Soul Rest in Peace Due to current restrictions, a private family funeral will take place tomorrow (Friday) in St. Mary & Michael’s Parish Church, New Ross, followed by private cremation. On this, the week of the first anniversary of his passing, we
remember Kieran with continued love and affection. Devoted wife Monica and his children Aoife, Niall, Susan and Shane, their partners Fergus, Aoife, David, and Bernice, his sister Eithne and grandchildren, Alena, Ruby, Greg, Nicholas, Molly, Ella, Peter, Gill, Tara, Jack, Aideen, Grace, Kate, Daragh and Carol. We would like to sincerely thank all those who have offered such strong support at the time of his sudden passing and during the past year. In particular to his many friends, bank colleagues, relations and those from the numerous local community groups that Kieran worked with and supported. The stories of Kieran's impact on people's lives have been a source of ongoing strength and are deeply appreciated. Our thanks to Fr Oran for the funeral mass and the staff at Waterford University Hospital and Cooney's Funeral Home. Anniversary mass on Sunday 12th December at 10.00.
