<p>GOGGIN, Brian J., Castleconnell, Co. Limerick and Waterways Historian. Died peacefully, surrounded by his family, at home on October 21, 2020. Loving and generous husband of Anne, hugely supportive parent of Carolan and Ian, mischievous grandfather of Ciara and Arthur and cherished son of Betty. Sadly missed by his loving family, son-in-law Andy, daughter-in-law Kristin, sisters Eimear, Isolde and Niamh, other relatives and friends. A simple cremation has taken place.</p>

Anne, I am so sorry to hear of Brians death. We had some great years working together in the IPA. It is great that you have your children and grandchildre​n. I have some very funny memories of Brian, may he rest in peacFrances Lawlore
