JOHNSTON, (née Siberry) - April 17, 2014, (peacefully), at her home, 1, Millfields, Balnamore, Co. Antrim, Hazel, dearly loved wife of Ernest, much loved mother of Jeremy and Johnny, mother-in-law of Maja and Martina, devoted grandmother of Hannah, James, Cara, Daniel and the late Conor. Funeral service on Sunday at 3.00 pm. in Kildollagh Parish Church, Loughan Road, Coleraine, burial afterwards in adjoining churchyard. No flowers please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to N.I. Children's Hospice c/o D.J.M. Robinson & Son. 121, Culcrum Rd., Cloughmills. BT449DT. Lovingly remembered.
