GRANT, Margaret (Peg) née Barry, Pleasant Drive, Mount Pleasant, Waterford. May 3, 2024. Peacefully in the care of Waterford Residential Care Centre (St. Patrick's). Predeceased by her husband David, her parents Michael and Elizabeth, her sisters Madeline and May. Peg is deeply mourned and sadly missed by her children Sally, Patrick, Andrew, Elizabeth, and Laura. By her grandchildren Cathy, Mary, Alastair, Abbie, Genevieve, Jessica, Calum, and Christopher and her great-grandchildren Emma and Jaimie, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, and her many friends. May Her Gentle Soul Rest in Peace. Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Waterford on Sunday (May 5) from 2pm to 4pm with A Celebration of her Life Service at 3pm. Peg’s Cremation will take place in the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork at 10am on Monday (May 6). No flowers please, donations if desired to WIDA
