CANTWELL - Tony (Rathfarnham), December 7.

On this First Year Anniversary, Aine, Peter, Susan, Laura, Anne, Carol and grand-children remember our beloved Dad and grandad. We thank those who attended the funeral and sent messages of sympathy.

Special thanks to the wonderful staff of Tallaght Hospital for their care and kindness to Tony and all the family.
