COSTELLO Mark Gerard (Waterford and late of Malahide, Co. Dublin) Died January 29, 2009 - Gerard's wife Linda and family wish to thank all those who offered us support and sympathy at the time of his death. We would particularly like to thank our extended family, friends, neighbours', Clontarf R.F.C., Clontarf Y.& B.C., Cork Constitution R.F.C., Palmerston R.F.C., CCR Ltd. and members of the Construction Industry Federation. A special word of thanks to Fr. Paul of St. Sylvester's, the staff at Bons Secours Hospital and St. Francis Hospice. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this notice will be accepted as a token of our deep appreciation and gratitude.
