THOMPSON, (née McManus) Sarah Mary (Sadie) (Dalkey, Co. Dublin) - August 21, 2020, peacefully, in her 97th year, in the kind care of the staff in the Altadore Nursing Home, Glenageary. Predeceased by her loving husband Larry, in 1985. Much loved mother of Bernard, Frances, Laura and John. Deeply regretted by her sisters Ettie and Kitty, daughters-in-law Mary and Mary, sons-in-law Rafique and Maurice, grandchildren, great-grandchildren in Ireland, America and New Zealand, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours. A private Funeral Service will take place due to current government advice. If you would like to leave a message for the family, please do so in the ‘Condolences’ section on www.irishtimes.com.
