HOWE - Alison Rosemary (née Young) May 7, 2026, died peacefully in Altnagelvin Hospital, surrounded by her three sons, beloved wife of the late Charles and dear mother of Timothy, Niall and Jonathan, a much loved mother-in-law, aunt and grandmother to Nathan, Jamie, Lara, Karl, Katie, Callum, Charlie and Lucy. Friends and family are welcome to visit her late home 43, Ashburn Avenue, Londonderry, BT47 5QE on Sunday 10th May from 1.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. A celebration of her life will take place in St. Columbs Cathedral, Londonderry, on Monday 11th May at 2.00 p.m., followed by burial in Ballyoan Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to (cheques made payable to) St. Columbs Cathedral c/o Mrs Ruth Hay, Funeral Director, 24A Church Road, Altnagelvin, Londonderry, BT47 3QQ and/or Ambassadors Football (cheques made payable to) Ambassadors Football c/o Mr Derek Livingstone, 30 Glenhugh Park, Ahoghill, BT42 1LR or payment by bank transfer (Payment reference: Yakaar Project, Sort Code: 98-12-90, Account No.: 14221626).
