McNICHOLAS - Patrick Valentine (Val), First Anniversary (Killiney, Co. Dublin and formerly Swinford, Co. Mayo) who died on March 17, 2021. Remembered fondly with love today and everyday by his wife Catherine (Kathleen), daughters Caroline, Michelle, Tara, Sinead and Laura, sons-in-law Anthony, Davin and Ian, twelve adored grandchildren, brothers, sisters, extended family and friends. The family would like to thank all those who sympathised with them on their sad loss over the past year. They greatly appreciated all the telephone calls, personal letters, mass cards, flowers and messages of condolence on RIP.ie. Thanks to those neighbours, family and friends who stood outside the house and the church on the day of his funeral and those who joined us on-line for his funeral Mass. Thanks also to Fr. John Sinnott and Raymond of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church and the staff of Quinn’s funeral home who assisted us amid the Covid restrictions. We will always remember everyone’s kindness.
