CALLANAN, Arthur (Foxrock, Dublin 18 and late of Cork) - September 13, 2018 (peacefully) after a long campaign of resistance, with great dignity, humour and courage, in the exceptional care all of the staff of Glengara Park Nursing Home; Sorely missed by his wife and soulmate Val, dearly loved Dad of Vicki, Louise and Owen, adored granddad of Neil, Anna, Matthew, Jamie, James, Nick and Ollie. Dear brother to Ursula and the late Jess. Sadly missed by sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, brothers-in-law and friends. Funeral Service tomorrow (Saturday), at 3.00 pm at the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold's Cross. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Irish Cancer Society.
