DREA, Maureen (née Duffy) (The Folly, Waterford City) passed peacefully, in her 96th year, in the wonderful care of the staff of Killure Bridge Nursing Home on August 18, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Dermot. She will be sadly missed by her son Éamon and daughter-in-law Marion Creely; her grandchildren Lyndsey, Gavin and Jennifer, grandson-in-law Ben Burton, and great grandchildren Ralph and Cecelia; and her loving nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by her wide circle of friends and associates in the many voluntary organisations in which she served; and by the wonderful staff and residents of Killure Bridge which was her happy home for eight years. Maureen’s funeral Mass will take place in the Sacred Heart Church, The Folly at 12 noon tomorrow (Friday) with burial immediately afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery Ballygunner.
