JOHNSTON Hazel Joy (née Smye) - December, 28 2013, (peacefully), at Greystones Nursing Home, Co. Wicklow, much-loved wife of the late Brien, adoring mother of Ann, Tanja, Clive and the late Jacqueline, mother-in-law of Paul and Rose, proud grandmother of Sarah and Rebecca , Rowan and Emmet and sister of Fred and the late Heather. Fondly remembered by family, friends and caring staff. Service on Thursday, January, 2 at 11.30 o'clock, in St. Patrick's Church, Church Road, Greystones followed by private cremation.
