MEATES, - Richard Henry (Foxrock) - died peacefully on August 18, 2021. Beloved husband of Muriel and devoted father of Richard, Jennifer and Ruth, loving brother to Louise and the late Joyce and Ken; grandfather to Andrew, Jessica, Ben, Mark, Adam, Thomas and Matthew, father-in-law to Suzanne and Anthony. Sadly missed by his family, cousin Roly and Heather, relatives, friends and neighbours. Sincere gratitude to the staff in Mount Tabor Nursing Home in Sandymount for their wonderful care and dedication. In line with current restrictions a private family funeral will take place in Kill o' the Grange Parish Church on Friday (August 20) at 11 am. Family flowers only, messages of sympathy will be read with appreciation in the condolences section on www.rip.ie.
