McCORMACK, Dr. John Francis, (Howth, Co. Dublin) - In loving memory of Dr. John whose First Anniversary occurs today, November 3. His wife Kitty and daughters Sinead and Jacqueline wish to thank their relatives, friends and neighbours and those who sent letters of sympathy or attended the funeral Mass. A very specific word of thanks to the many staff at the Bons Secours Hospital, Glasnevin for their wonderful care and a special mention for Professor Brendan McAdam and Professor Shane O'Neill for the very professional medical care they provided to Dr. John.
