McGARRY, Mary (May)

McGARRY, (née Prendergast), Mary (May). Ballinacurra Gardens, and formerly of Keane St., Kilalee, Limerick. Peacefully, at home, on 3rd February 2025, in the presence of her loving family. Predeceased by her parents Samuel and Margaret, siblings Frank, Helen, Cyril Ralph, Vincent, half-sister Maura and half-brother Jackie. Beloved wife, mother and grandmother. May will be deeply missed by her devoted family, husband Joe, children Emer, Maeve, Hugh, Dearbhla, Aoileann and Cliodhna, by her 17 adored grandchildren, daughter-in-law Isabella, sons-in-law, Kevin, Conor, Maurice, Mark and Hemal, sister Annette, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends. May she rest in peace. Reposing at Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate on Thursday, 6th February from 5pm to 6.30pm. Funeral arriving at St. John’s Cathedral, on Friday, 7th February for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Kilmurry Cemetery, Castletroy.
