LINEHAN Dr. Bill (Castleknock, Dublin) (Passionate sportsman, rugby, fly fishing and golf) - October 11, 2013 (peacefully) at Elm Green Nursing Home. Sadly missed by his beloved wife Maeve, children Annemarie, Billy, Barbara and David, brother Fergus, sons-in-law Kevin and Stefano, daughter-in-law Mary, grandchildren Catherine, Brian, Grace, Eoin, Michele, Chiara, Billy, Flavio and Caoimhe, great-grandchildren Hugo and Andrew, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. Removal this Monday evening to Our Lady Mother of the Church, Beechpark Lawn (off Beechpark Avenue), Castleknock arriving at 6 o'clock Funeral tomorrow, Tuesday after 11 o'c Mass to Glasnevin Crematorium. <p>Sincere condolences to Maeve and family</p> Bill will be remembered for his lovely kind personality and his great work for patients and their families when he served as President of the Irish Thoracic Society and Chairman of the Asthma Society in the late 70's and early 80's. A great loss to Irish Medicine .A great pioneer in his specialty
