OLHAUSEN, Mary Philomena Jacqueline (Jackie), (née Fogarty), (peacefully), October 1, 2016 in Utah, USA. Beloved wife of the late James Olhausen she is survived by daughters Heather and Jillian, son-in-law Vladimir, granddaughter Nieva and siblings John, Arlette, Ronald and Lomena. A Memorial Service took place on October 7, 2016 in Utah, and an ash scattering ceremony will take place in Utah in the summer (2017). www.premierfuneral.com.
