COLLINS, Dr. Paul Michael, (Booterstown, Co. Dublin) April 7, 2018, (peacefully), in the excellent care of the staff of Cedar Ward in St. Vincent's Private Hospital. Beloved husband of Deirdre, loving father of Patrick and Hannah.Deeply regretted by his wife, children, parents Michael and Dorothy, brothers Conor and Simon, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, mother-in-law Breda, extended family, friends and colleagues at St.Vincent’s and St.Michael’s Hospitals. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Tuesday), April 10, at 10am in the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue, Blackrock, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. House strictly private. Family flowers only please. Requiescat in Pace
