MOCKLER, Seamus Patrick (Putney, London formerly Dublin) - September 25, 1961 – December 13, 2023. Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff at St George’s Hospital, Tooting and the embrace of his family and friends. Predeceased by his parents, Mary and Paddy, and much-loved brother of John Paul, Dermot and Kevin. Sadly missed by his sisters-in-law Rhona and Myra, niece Kate, nephews Jack and Louis, aunts, cousins and extended family and friends in London, Dublin, Tipperary, Galway and beyond. Educated at St. Joseph’s and Campion Schools, London and St Michael’s College and Trinity College, Dublin, Seamus went on to have a distinguished career in engineering and construction, working on significant commercial, medical and infrastructure projects internationally. Based for many years in Putney, he had a variety of interests and a lifelong passion for learning, and cherished the friendships he made along his journey. Funeral Service shall be held on Friday 12 January 2024 at 11.00 at Putney Vale Crematorium, East Chapel, Stag Lane, London. A Memorial Mass shall thereafter be held in Dublin at 10.00 on Friday 9 February 2024 at Church of the Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue, Blackrock, followed by interment of ashes in Shanganagh Cemetery.
