McCONNELL, Gerald Henry - At Heart of Hastings Hospice, Madoc, Ontario, Canada - Friday, January 31, 2014. Gerry, of Madoc, in his 84th year. Son of the late William and Mary McConnell. Most beloved husband of Germaine (née St. Louis). Brother of Yvonne (late Tom) D'Arcy, Delores (Noel) Mulvin, Marlene (Dave) Fitzpatrick, William (Valerie) McConnell, and Patricia (Henning) Dressel. Gerry will be missed by his many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. The family will receive friends at the McConnell Funeral Home, Madoc, from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm, Wednesday. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Carthagh's Roman Catholic Church, Tweed, on Thursday, February 6 at 11am. Cremation with Interment St. Anne's Cemetery, Tecumseh, at a later date.
