HUGHES (née Snell) Joan (Glasnevin, Dublin and formerly of Rialto) - August 30, 2015. Peacefully at her home in the loving care of her family and the St. Francis Hospice Homecare Team, Blanchardstown. Beloved wife of Jack and much loved mother of Marie, Deirdre, Gerard, Declan and Siobhán. Sadly missed by her sixteen grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at her home from 5 o'c to 9 o'c this (Tuesday) evening. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Wednesday) morning at 10 o'c in the Church of Our Lady of Victories, Ballymun Road, followed by burial in Dardistown Cemetery.Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 or at www.sfh.ie. "Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h-anam dílis"
