SUGRUE Patrick (Paddy) (Dublin and London) - July 17, 2013, (peacefully), at St. Vincent's University Hospital, after a long illness borne with great dignity, generosity and courage, beloved son of Marie and the late John, loving brother of Una and Dara; sadly missed by his nephew Seamus, nieces Aoife and Eimear, extended family relatives and friends. May he rest in peace. Removal today (Saturday) afternoon at 12.45 o'clock from St. Vincent's University Hospital to The Redemptorist Community, Marianella, 75.Orwell Road, Dublin 6. Arriving for funeral Mass at 1.30 o'clock followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Irish Cancer Society. House private.
SUGRUE Patrick (Paddy) died July 17, 2013. On the First Anniversary of his death, Paddy's family would like to thank all those who sympathised, wrote letters or cards, attended his funeral in Dublin or the celebration of his life in London last November. Thank you also to our kind relatives, friends and neighbours for your constant support and help during that difficult time. In particular we would like to thank all the medical staff at King's College Hospital, London and St. Vincent's University Hospital, Dublin for the excellent care they gave to Paddy throughout his long illness. Many thanks also to the Redemptorist Community at Marianella, especially to Fr. Padraig Sugrue CSsR, and to all those who contributed so meaningfully during his funeral service and to his life celebration. The holy sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
