McCARTHY Joseph (Joe), (Kingscourt, Co. Cavan) November 12, 2016. Joseph's parents, Donal and Róisín, and his sister Sara-Louise, wish to thank most sincerely their families, friends, neighbours, Joe's GAA family and all those who supported them during their recent sad loss. To all those who attended Joseph's repose, funeral, sent Mass cards and messages of sympathy, our heartfelt thanks. It gives us great comfort to know that Joseph touched so many lives. Thank you to Fr. Gerry McCormack who made the funeral liturgy so meaningful, and to all at Kieran Bros, Kingscourt, for their kindness and support. A special word of thanks to Dr. John McMahon, Joseph's doctor and friend, to the Kingscourt Primary Care Nurses and the Cavan Palliative Care Team who took such wonderful care of Joseph during the final days of his illness. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope that this Acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation and gratitude. Joseph's months memory Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, December 18, 2016 in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt at 12.00 o'clock.
