CONNOLLY, Col. Phelim Retired (Coolmine Woods, Dublin 15) - October 30, 2019 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Our Lady’s Manor, Nursing Home, Dalkey. Beloved husband of the late Ena (Philomena) and dear father of John, Mary, Phelim, Niall and Patricia and a devoted grandfather to his 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Philim will be sadly missed by his loving family, sisters Betty and Mary, brothers Jim and Brendan, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and his many friends. May he rest in peace. Reposing at his son John’s house (Terenure) tomorrow (Friday) evening between 5 o’c and 8 o’c. Removal on Saturday morning to St., Brigid’s Church, Blanchardstown arriving for Requiem Mass at 10 o’c, followed by burial in Rooske Cemetery, Dunboyne. “Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis”
