DOWLER Elizabeth Josephine (Lido) (in her 92nd year) (Kirkpatrick Drive, Clonsilla, Dublin and formerly of Magdalen's Terrace, Foster Street, Galway). Registered Nurse and former ward sister at James Connolly Memorial Hospital, Blanchardstown, Dublin, Lido passed away peacefully on November 8, 2008, in the tender and gentle care of the medical and nursing staff of Marymount Care Centre. She was pre-deceased by her sisters Maureen (Pennsylvania, U.S.A.), Angela (Kent, U.K.), brother Sean (Adelaide, Australia), beloved sister of Freddie (New York, U.S.A.), aunt, great-aunt and great-great-aunt; her passing is deeply regretted by her family worldwide and a large circle of friends. Reposing at Marymount Care Centre (Lucan, Co. Dublin) with removal this (Monday) evening at 5 o'clock to St. Brigid's Church, Blanchardstown arriving at 5.30 o'clock Requiem Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) morning at 10 o'clock followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium. Her ashes will be interred in her parents (May and Charles Dowler) grave at the New Cemetery, Galway.
