MARSDEN, – Rev. Canon Robert William (Bob) (Sandymount and formerly of Clogher Diocese, Co. Monaghan) – Chevalier of the Legion d’Honneur – July 9, 2019, (peacefully) in his 95th year, in the wonderful and loving care of Mount Tabor Nursing Home. Dearly beloved husband of the late Betty, father of Joy, Gerald and David, father-in-law to Patricia, to the late Daire Brehan and the late Tom Hill. Grandfather of Charlotte and great-grandfather of Finnley. Sadly missed by his many friends and family. Funeral Service on Saturday (July 13) at 11 am in St. Matthew’s Church, Irishtown, afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired to Mount Tabor Nursing Home. "Forever with the Lord."
