SINGLETON, Joe (Joseph) (St. Peter’s Place, Arklow, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin) July 4, 2022, peacefully, in the wonderful care of the doctors, nurses and staff at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin. Formerly of Eircom, dearly loved friend of Lesley, Sandra, Tom and Louise. He will be sadly missed by his many friends and neighbours. Reposing at Hudson’s Funeral Home, Arklow (Y14 TP80) Monday, July 11, from 5.30pm to 7.00pm, with cremation service at 1.45pm on Tuesday (July 12) in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin. Cremation service can be viewed on Victorian Chapel Service - Mount Jerome. No flowers, by request. Donations in lieu if desired to Arklow Cancer Support Group. Seosamh,"SK" "Singo" so sorry to hear this news. We soldiered together in 3a for a long spell and had some very good times. 1968.... Hourigan,Scollard,​S​heehy M cCarthy,Power all gone before you ,no doubt forming a welcome committee . You might come across Lenny Cohen up there as well and get to the bottom of some of those lyrics on the LPs that we played to extinction.Farewell my friend and rest in peace.
