CLARE, John (Jack) (Rathfarnham, Dublin 16 and late of Customs and Excise) - March 8, 2014 (peacefully) in St. Vincent's University Hospital. Beloved husband of Shirley and loving father of John. Sadly missed by his family, his brother Tom, sister Phyllis, daughter-in-law Asma (Ohio), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at his residence tomorrow (Tuesday) from 4.00 pm. until 8.00 pm. Funeral on Wednesday after 10.00 am. Mass in the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham, to Mount Jerome Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Irish Heart Foundation.
